Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 peeled, cooked, cubed potatoes (5-6 medium)
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
Directions
Stir together all but potatoes and celery. Add remaining ingredients.
Toss, cover. Refrigerate at least two hours.
