Macaroni and Cheese

("Special Macaroni and Cheese" from "Betty Crocker's Microwave Cooking")

Ingredients (serves 4-6)

• 4 slices bacon
• 2 cups macaroni, cooked
• 2 cups 1/2-inch cubes Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• dash of pepper

Directions

Pour off all but 1 tablespoon bacon drippings. Add remaining ingredients to drippings. Cover and microwave 3 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until hot, 3 to 4 minutes. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over top.
