Cheese Fondue
Ingredients (serves 3-4 people)
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. Monterey jack cheese
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tsp. corn starch
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of white pepper
- 1 shot of vodka
- 1 glass dry white wine
Directions
Shred cheese. Rub fondue dish with garlic. Heat cheese and lemon juice
at low heat, stirring. Add corn starch, nutmeg, pepper, vodka, and wine,
and increase heat.
